Hi, I'm Cam.

Elle built the first room. My job is to make sure it can exist everywhere without losing the thing that made it worth building.

I'm the Head of Expansion here at The Board Walks. I love systems the way most people love a good story. The host network, the onboarding, the quiet machinery humming underneath the soulful part: that's mine to tend. A movement that runs entirely on human connection is a strange and beautiful thing to try to scale, and I've spent the last few years learning how to hand pieces of it to new cities without the soul leaking out.

I came to this the long way.

I met Elle in 2024, fell in love, and somewhere between the falling and the building became the first man to host the original Austin walk... breaking a long, proud streak of women who came before me. (No pressure.)

I bring the same curiosity to a spreadsheet that I bring to a five-mile conversation about whether babies have souls. (Real walk topic. Same morning we debated the economy. That's the range I live for.)

I've come to believe the monotonous parts and the magic parts are the same project. Just different ingredients in one recipe.

Elle and I are partners in the work and in life, which means the culture of this whole thing was born from a thousand conversations about human nature. Usually over a drive to get a large Diet Coke, often unresolved.

I contemplate on Thursdays. If you want to think alongside me, that's where I'll be.
