These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of theboardwalks.com and the digital content and services provided by The Board Walks.
The website is operated by HIGH VIBE VENTURES LLC, doing business as The Board Walks. In these Terms, “The Board Walks,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that entity.
By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

The walks are designed primarily for adults. Participants under 18 may attend only with a parent or legal guardian who remains present and responsible for them throughout the walk.
By using the website or applying for a program, you represent that you are legally capable of agreeing to these Terms.
3. Website use
You may use the website for lawful personal or informational purposes.
You may not:
-
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, databases, or systems
-
Interfere with the website’s operation or security
-
Introduce malware or harmful code
-
Scrape, copy, or systematically extract content without authorization

Violate applicable law or the rights of another person
We may restrict access when we reasonably believe use of the website threatens its security, integrity, community, or users.
4. Community expectations
Participation in The Board Walks is grounded in curiosity, kindness, openness, personal boundaries, and respect.
Participants are expected to follow our Ground Rules, including restrictions on:
-
Selling and pitching
-
Treating the walk as a dating environment
-
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or unwanted contact
-
Pressuring someone to disclose personal information
-
Disregarding another person’s boundaries
-
Disrupting the experience or disregarding reasonable host instructions
Our current Ground Rules are available to read here.
We may remove or restrict a person from a walk, digital community, application process, or other program when we reasonably believe their behavior is inconsistent with these expectations or creates a safety, trust, or integrity concern.
We are not required to provide membership, admission, hosting privileges, or continued participation to every applicant or participant.
5. Walk participation
Website access does not itself register you for a walk.
Participation in a walk requires completion of an authorized registration, RSVP, or check-in process and acceptance of the Participant Agreement presented or linked through that process. The Participant Agreement governs physical participation in each event.
Outdoor walking involves risks that cannot be eliminated through website information alone. You are responsible for determining whether a walk is appropriate for your health, mobility, experience, and circumstances.
Review the Participant Agreement presented during registration for additional terms governing physical participation.
6. Not therapy or professional advice
The Board Walks facilitates peer conversation and community connection. It is not therapy, medical treatment, crisis care, or another form of licensed professional service.
Content and conversations provided through our website, walks, newsletters, podcasts, communities, or programs are offered for general informational, educational, and community purposes.
Nothing we provide should be treated as:
-
Medical or mental-health advice
-
Diagnosis or treatment
-
Legal or financial advice
-
Crisis intervention
-
A substitute for an appropriate professional relationship
Hosts and participants are not acting as therapists, medical providers, or emergency professionals merely because they are participating in a Board Walks experience.
If you are experiencing an emergency or crisis, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource.
7. Personal conversations and confidentiality
The Board Walks encourages respectful treatment of personal conversations. However, ordinary walk conversations are not legally privileged or professionally confidential.
We cannot guarantee that every participant will keep everything they hear private. You are responsible for deciding what you feel comfortable sharing.
Do not record another person or identify them publicly without appropriate permission.
8. Applications and selection
Some opportunities, including hosting and membership in The Board, may involve an application or selection process.
Submitting an application:
-
Does not guarantee acceptance
-
Does not create employment, agency, partnership, or membership
-
Does not require us to provide individualized feedback
-
Does not guarantee that a particular city, cohort, or opportunity will open
We may consider alignment, readiness, capacity, community needs, conduct, geography, and other relevant factors.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, local hosts are volunteers and are not authorized to enter contracts or make commitments on behalf of The Board Walks.
9. Paid offerings and subscriptions
Certain products, memberships, or programs may require payment.
Before purchasing, review the price, billing schedule, included services, cancellation terms, and refund policy displayed at checkout or on the relevant sales page.

The Board is currently offered as a monthly fee of $250 or an annual fee of $2,500.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout:

-
You may cancel future renewal through Mighty Networks

Removing a member for a serious conduct violation may affect access and refunds as described in the applicable membership policy
We may modify programming, schedules, facilitators, features, or community structure as the offering evolves. If we materially change a paid offering, we will provide notice where appropriate.
Any specific checkout terms presented at the time of purchase are incorporated into these Terms. If checkout terms conflict with this general section, the more specific checkout terms control for that purchase.
10. User submissions
You may have opportunities to submit stories, photographs, videos, testimonials, comments, feedback, or other material.
You retain ownership of material you create. By knowingly submitting material for publication, you give The Board Walks a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, edit, format, publish, display, distribute, and promote that material in connection with The Board Walks and its communications.
This permission includes reasonable editing for length, grammar, clarity, formatting, and privacy. We will not knowingly change the fundamental meaning of a personal story without permission.
You represent that:
-
You have the right to submit the material
-
The material is truthful to the best of your knowledge
-
Publication will not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or other rights
-
You have obtained appropriate permission before identifying another attendee or sharing their private story
We are not required to publish submitted material and may remove it at our discretion.
You may request that we review continued use of submitted material by contacting hello@theboardwalks.com. We will consider the request in good faith, although removal may not always be possible from previously printed, distributed, archived, or third-party materials.
11. Photography and recordings
Attendance requires consent to photography and recording. I grant The Board Walks an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use photos, videos, or recordings of me for any lawful purpose, including commercial use; provided, however, The Board Walks will not publicly share recordings of clearly private one-on-one conversations identified as confidential. If I do not consent, I may not attend.
12. Intellectual property
The website and its original content — including text, articles, graphics, logos, branding, photographs, audio, video, downloads, orientation materials, host materials, and program design — are owned by or licensed to The Board Walks and are protected by applicable law.
You may share links to publicly available pages and make reasonable personal, noncommercial use of public content.
Unless we give written permission, you may not:
-
Reproduce or sell substantial portions of our materials
-
Remove copyright, trademark, or attribution notices
-
Use our name, logo, photographs, or brand assets to imply endorsement
-
Republish host training or internal community materials

-
Represent an independent event as an official Board Walks event
Press, hosts, and partners may request approved materials at hello@theboardwalks.com.
13. Third-party services and links
The website may contain links to third-party websites and services. These services are operated independently and may have their own terms, privacy practices, fees, and availability.
A link does not necessarily mean that The Board Walks controls or endorses every aspect of the third-party service.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, transactions, security, or availability.
14. Website information and availability
We work to keep website information useful and current, but we do not guarantee that every page will always be complete, accurate, or available.
City schedules, host assignments, routes, pricing, statistics, features, and other information may change. If event information conflicts with a current registration page or direct host communication, confirm the current details before attending.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue portions of the website or our programming.
15. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
The Board Walks disclaims warranties that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every particular purpose.
Nothing in this section excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HIGH VIBE VENTURES LLC and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and authorized representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or digital content.
Any limitation will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and will not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Physical walk participation is additionally governed by the Participant Agreement presented during registration or check-in.
17. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, your material violation of these Terms, or content you submit that violates another person’s rights.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute will be handled in Nevada, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as our services or legal obligations change.
